We just signed the Sales and Purchase Agreement today.
There are two blocks, mine is in the west wing (right block). Currently the east wing is open for sale to those interested - the price is a bit more expensive than the first launch. I don't think there is any more units left from the west wing.
Just above the car park and commercial floors are the main swimming pool, cafe and gymnasium. Around the pool are some really nice studio apartment units which will be launched pretty soon.
On the roof top, there will be wading pool and covered areas for hang out. There is a also a function room.
The rugby-ball shape structure is the gymnasium, next to the pool. Nice one! Just imagine yourself working out overlooking chicks taking a dip in the pool.
